The American Institute of Building Design believes in the consumer’s right to choose the person they want to design their home. We support our belief by providing programs and resources to help the consumer make educated decisions and professionals practice at their peak. We are the way residential design is done. The primary audience is a business owner, a manager or decision-maker, and others who provide services in the residential construction industry, such as engineers, builders, interior designers, and landscape designers. Other attendees include consultants, product manufacturers, software suppliers and other service providers that support residential building design and construction.

The conference trade show is a two-hour “heavy hors d’oeuvre” style event with tabletops and exhibit spaces located in one of the ballrooms at the beautiful Seattle Public Library – Central Library, in Seattle, Washington.

For $595 all exhibitors receive the following ($494 per event for two or more in 2020):

  • Trade show space (approximately 8’x9′) including, carpet, 18″ x 72″ skirted table and two chairs (no pipe and drape).
  • One complimentary FULL conference registration (Option #4 on the registration page), which includes all meals, educational sessions, field trips, and receptions. (additional full registrations may be purchased)
  • Additional badges for company representatives to work the booth during the trade show.
  • An unlimited number of free Expo Happy Hour registrations (Option #1 on the registration page) for all the local customers and associates you invite.
  • Electric hook up available upon request.
  • Weekly mailing lists of attendees for pre-conference communication.
  • One post-show webinar hosted by AIBD with invites sent to its full contact list.

Remember your DOOR PRIZE!

Each exhibitor is issued colored raffle tickets. As attendees visit your booth, reward them with a raffle ticket or two. You be the judge of how you distribute and how many. One half of the raffle ticket will go into a bucket (provided by AIBD). At the close of the trade show, a winner of your door prize is chosen from your bucket of tickets. We’ll photo you and them together celebrating and post it on the AIBD Facebook page. The best part, this process guarantees that you only award someone you know you’ve talked to. We request that DOOR PRIZES have a minimum of $25 value.

There are two networking lunches at the conference with the opportunity of a 60-minute educational mini-session. Mini-sessions can be proprietary or non-proprietary.
