The GreenHome Institute’s – “How to achieve Silver in GreenStar Homes Certification” – Free CE Webinar

March 2, 2022 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm EST

Details about this event

GreenStar Homes Certification is here to help move your existing homes project to the next level.

GreenStar Homes builds on each level. This session will cover the requirements and alternative approaches to achieving the requirements for Silver certification and ensure every certified home at a bareminum considers the five pillars of green building; energy, health, materials, water, and place.

Make sure you watch how to achieve the certified level of greenstar prior to watching this one. You will be able to catch the entire series here.

We will review each requirement in-depth, case studies, navigate the checklist and manual, become or find a GreenHome Inspector, and more.

In the following sessions, we will look at Gold, Platinum, and the badges that can be pursued independently.

While GreenStar Homes is meant to address our existing housing stock, it can and has been used on new construction, and we will briefly cover this too.
