Small businesses are typically defined as companies with fewer than 500 employees.
Micro-businesses, on the other hand, have nine or fewer employees.
Check out these stats:
  • 75% of all private-sector employers in America are micro-businesses.
  • 88% of building design and residential architecture firms are micro-businesses.
  • 54% are “Just me” solopreneurs; the smallest micro-business possible.
A problem we found was that most have a mindset where what we’ve created for ourselves is a job.
A job is unscalable. It’s limited to the amount of hours we can work.
The only way to scale up your business while also working less is if you’re thinking of your business as your product.
(It’s also the best way to retire comfortably.)
