This study provides a resource for stakeholders in the high-performance home market regarding the value of high-performance features. Conducted by a team of real estate appraisers, the study examined 26 Pearl-certified homes sold in the Charlottesville, Va., metropolitan area between 2019 and 2021.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Continuing Education Units (CEUS) 1 hour in<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Green Business Certification Inc.
