A once-disgruntled consumer victimized by shoddy heating and air-conditioning work in his home, Harry Boody has retaliated by becoming a self-taught expert and maverick voice in HVAC Design.
His work has won three national awards from the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
Boody works with designers, architects, engineers, and their clients. Some of whom are celebrities. Such as NASCAR driver Ernie Irvan and Joe Gibbs, the former Washington Commanders coach who owns a race car team in Charlotte. Boody did a 10,680-square-foot house for Irvan at Lake Norman, and he says Irvan’s monthly heat bill averages about $78.
