Architectural Tour of Historic Home
The Patterson-Macmillan Residence is an English Country Tudor style home designed by Harriet T. Lindberg, a prominent New York Architect.
The home was completed in 1924 with a reported cost of $450,000.
It was originally built by John H. Patterson founder of National Cash Register. The property was sold to John A. Macmillan founder of Dayton Tire and Rubber in 1940.
The home is currently owned by and occupied by The Lutheran Church of Our Savior.
