We are experiencing a massive labor shortage for residential buildings now going on a decade.
To make matters worse, there are few and far between training and opportunities for net-zero, decarbonization, electrification, weatherization, and heat pumps.
Hear from 4 representatives from high school, post-secondary, state government, and market-based backgrounds on how they solve these issues.
This session is focused on those looking for ideas of what careers to go into, those looking to hire and those looking to launch training programs
