One of my mentors and biggest fans passed away this weekend.

He helped me grow my residential design firm and then guided me through its merger with an architectural firm.

When AIBD offered me my current position, he supported me and even joined the team himself.

Mentors become more than just mentors.

To find a mentor, put yourself in a position to be around people doing what you want to be doing and ask one of them a question.

Then do this one very important thing.
